Right to cancel a transaction:
A consumer may cancel a transaction made on the site within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product is not damaged and has not been used.
Cancellation of the transaction will be possible even without a defect in the product, in accordance with Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Law.
Returning products:
Products will be accepted for return in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Items that are custom-made, or products that are defined by law as exempt from return, are not included in the right of cancellation.
Cancellation fees:
In the event of a transaction cancellation, the site may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or 100 NIS.H (the lowest of them), as defined by law.
Defective products:
In the event of a product being damaged or not as described, the consumer is entitled to a replacement, repair or full refund, without any cancellation fees.
Disclosure Policy:
The return policy is posted on the website in a visible and clear place.
Transaction cancellation mechanism:
The site will provide a simple mechanism for canceling a transaction, which includes filling out a cancellation form on the site or contacting the customer service center.
A refund will be made within 7 business days of receiving the product back, using the payment method used to make the transaction.
Special exemptions:
Items that have been used or removed from their original packaging, as well as consumable items, are not included in the returns policy.
Special consideration:
In the case of certain products of a unique nature, the site reserves the right to establish a specific policy, in accordance with the law.
Ways to cancel a transaction
To the extent that you have the right to cancel a transaction, in accordance with the terms of purchase of the product and/or the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981, you may submit a transaction cancellation notice in one of the following ways:

In the cancellation notice, please provide your full name, order/invoice number, and telephone number to identify the transaction and product details you wish to cancel.

Please note that in the absence of details that would allow us to identify the transaction and/or the product(s) within the transaction that you are requesting to cancel, the cancellation will be delayed until the details are clarified via the contact information held by the studio.
